About the project:

The Context: Sustaining a High-Frequency Aesthetic
While specific capsule collections require a concentrated narrative, my three-year collaboration with Bershka demanded a different level of mastery: the ability to maintain a high-frequency trend output without sacrificing brand cohesion. This project documents a multi-year journey of print innovation, serving as a strategic partner across the brand’s most dynamic and fast-moving consumer segments.

The Strategy: Diversification as a Commercial Driver
The core challenge was to translate global micro-trends into a visual language that resonated across diverse demographics while maintaining high sell-through rates. This selection features the top-selling projects and models from each department, structured through three strategic pillars:

Gendered Narratives (Men & Women):
I developed parallel visual identities that became commercial anchors for the brand. For the Women’s line, the focus remained on fluid, trend-reactive patterns; for the Men’s line, I engineered structured graphic compositions that defined the streetwear silhouette of the season. These designs consistently resulted in the highest sales rotation for both departments.

Demographic Scalability (Junior & Adult): Navigating the transition between Junior and Adult collections required a precise calibration of “cool.” I adapted complex print concepts to ensure they remained both accessible and aspirational, regardless of the age bracket, while always prioritizing the design’s profitability.

Technical Versatility & Execution: This journey was a deep dive into the “how” of industrial design. I curated a selection of multiple print techniques—ranging from high-definition digital placement and traditional screen-printing to experimental puff-prints and sublimation—optimizing each artwork for specific fabrications and price points to guarantee mass-market success.

The Intervention: From Design to Garment

As with my approach for Mango, these were never “isolated prints.” Every piece was developed with the final garment’s architecture in mind. I ensured that the placement, scale, and texture of the prints enhanced the physical product, solving the brand’s need for items that possessed equal impact in the physical retail space and the digital feed.

The Result: A Legacy of Commercial Performance

This sustained three-year partnership resulted in hundreds of successful references and provided me with an unparalleled technical toolkit. By merging artistic intuition with industrial feasibility and commercial data, I helped Bershka maintain its position as a global trend leader—proving that high-volume design can possess a handcrafted soul and unbeatable sales efficiency.
